You are planning a major (IT) project. In your project you have one or more events, such as:

• Replacement of IT systems (e.g. core banking system)
• Launch of IT systems (e.g. ERP or DMS)
• IT systems upgrade (e.g. to SAP^® S/4HANA)

These projects are so complex that they need to be carefully planned and their execution meticulously managed. In short, you need an experienced cutover manager or a cutover team to take over these tasks in your project.
